Description：Recombinant human CDK17 with N-terminal GST tag and C-terminal 8x His tag was co-expressed with CyclinY protein with N-terminal GST tag. Recombinant human CDK17/CyclinY protein was purified by GST affinity chromatography. The CDK17/CyclinY protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
