Description：Recombinant human CDK9 with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed with CyclinT1 protein with N-terminal GST tag and C- terminal 8x His Tag. Recombinant human CDK9/CyclinT1 protein was purified by GST affinity. The CDK9/CyclinT1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.

Activity Identification：The CDK9/CyclinT1 activity was detected using Ultra Luminescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the CDK9/CyclinT1 protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, then adding ADP-Glo reagent and reading RLU signal with BMG.
