Description：Recombinant human CDK4 with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed with CycD1 protein with N-terminal GST and C- terminal 6x His Tag. Recombinant human CDK4/CycD1 protein was purified by GST affinity. The CDK4/CycD1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
