Description:Recombinant human CDK7 protein was co-expressed with CCNH protein carrying C-terminal Flag and MNAT1 protein bearing N-terminal GST-TEV tag. The resulting CDK7/CCNH/MNAT1 ternary complex was purified by GST affinity, followed by SEC chromatography, and exhibited robust activity in the ADP‑Glo assay.

Activity Identification:The CDK7/CCNH/MNAT1 kinase activity was quantified using the ADP-Glo assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the CDK7/CCNH/MNAT1 protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, adding ADP-Glo reagent and then measuring luminescence signal on BMG.
