Description：Recombinant human CDK2 with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed with CycA2 protein with C- terminal 8x His tag. Recombinant human CDK2/CycA2 protein was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The CDK2/CycA2 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
