Description：Recombinant human CDK19 with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed with CyclinC protein with N-terminal GST tag. Recombinant human CDK19/CyclinC protein was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The CDK19/CyclinC protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
