Description:Recombinant human CDK13 with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed with Cyclin T1 protein with N-terminal GST and C-terminal His Tag. Recombinant human CDK13/Cyclin T1 protein was purified by GST affinity. The CDK13/Cyclin T1 protein showed high activity in HTRF assay.

Activity Identification:The CDK13/Cyclin T1 activity was quantified using a HTRF-based assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the CDK13/Cyclin T1 protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, then adding the donor and receptor, and keeping the mixture at 25℃ for 60 min, finally measuring the 665nm/620nm fluorescence signal ratio on BMG.
