Description：Recombinant human CDK12 with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed with Cyclin K protein with N-terminal Flag and C- terminal 6x His Tag. Recombinant human CDK12/Cyclin K protein was purified by GST affinity. The CDK12/Cyclin K protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.

Activity Identification：The CDK12/Cyclin K activity was detected using Ultra Luminescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the CDK12/Cyclin K protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, then adding ADP-Glo reagent and reading RLU signal with BMG.
