Activity Identification:The Biotin-RIPK2 activity was quantified using an SPR-based assay. The Biotin-RIPK2 protein was immobilized onto the SA chip. The varying concentration of WEHI-345 was injected, and flowed over onto the Biotin-RIPK2 protein surface. And the response signal was recorded in real time. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 2.45x10-8 M.
