Activity Identification：The Biotin-ACVR2A activity was quantified using a SPR-based assay. The Biotin-ACVR2A protein was immobilized onto the SA chip. The varying concentration of LDN-214117 was injected, and flowed over onto the Biotin-ACVR2A protein surface. And the response signal was recorded real time. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 1.54x10-8 M.
