Activity Identification：The Biotin-JAK2[JH2] activity was quantified using a FP-based assay. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-JAK2[JH2] protein, ATP and FAM-Cyclic-3,5-AMP at 25℃ for 60 min, then adding the binding reagent, finally measuring FP signal on BMG.
