Activity Identification：The HER2[P780-Y781 ins GSP] activity was detected using HTRF technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the HER2[P780-Y781 ins GSP] protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, adding the beads at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 with BMG.
