Activity Identification：The EPHA3 activity was detected using homogeneous time-resolved fluorescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the EPHA3 protein , ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, adding the beads at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 with BMG.
