Description:Recombinant human LATS1 with N-terminal Flag tag and C-terminal Avi tag was co-expressed with MOBKL1A protein with N-terminal 6x His tag. Recombinant human Biotin-LATS1/MOBKL1A protein was purified by flag affinity and biotinylation and followed by desalting. The Biotin-LATS1/MOBKL1A protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
