Description：Recombinant human MAPKAPK3 protein with N-terminal GST tag was activated by co-expressing with the P38β protein and the MAP2K6 protein in vivo. The MAPKAPK3 protein was purified by GST affinity and followed by Ni-NTA affinity to obtain the target protein. The MAPKAPK3 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.
