Description：Recombinant human AMPKα1 with N-terminal Flag and Avi tag was co-expressed with recombinant human AMPKβ1 protein with N-terminal GST tag and recombinant human AMPKγ1 protein and performed in vivo biotinylation simultaneously. Recombinant human Biotin-AMPKα1/β1/γ1 protein was purified by GST affinity chromatography. The Biotin-AMPKα1/β1/γ1 protein showed good activity in HTRF assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-AMPKα1/β1/γ1 activity was detected using HTRF technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-AMPKα1/β1/γ1 protein, ATP and substrate at 25℃ for 60 min, adding the beads at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 with BMG.
