Description：Recombinant human Biotin-AMPKα2/β1/γ1 (nonactivated) is a ternary complex, which consists of PRKAA2(N-terminal Flag-Avi tag), PRKAB1(N-terminal GST tag) and PRKAG1 (No tag). The Biotin-AMPKα2/β1/γ1(nonactivated) protein was specifically biotinylated at Avi tag in vivo and purified by GST affinity, followed by SEC chromatography. The AMPKα2/β1/γ1 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-AMPKα2/β1/γ1 (non-activated) activity was quantified using the ADP-Glo™ assay. First, the Biotin-AMPKα2/β1/γ1 (non-activated) protein was incubated with the CAMKK2 protein at 25°C for 30 minutes. ATP and substrate were then added, followed by incubation at 25°C for 60 minutes. Finally, the ADP-Glo reagent was added, and the luminescence signal was measured on BMG.
