Description：Recombinant human AMPKα1/β1/γ3(nonactivated) is a ternary complex, which consists of PRKAA1(N-terminal GST tag), PRKAB1(N-terminal GST tag) and PRKAG3 (N-terminal GST tag).The AMPKα1/β1/γ3(nonactivated) protein was purified by GST affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The AMPKα1/β1/γ3 protein showed high activity in ADP-Glo assay.

Activity Identification：The AMPKα1/β1/γ3 (non-activated) activity was quantified using the ADP-Glo™ assay. First, the AMPKα1/β1/γ3 (non-activated) protein was incubated with the CAMKK2 protein at 25°C for 30 minutes. ATP and substrate were then added, followed by incubation at 25°C for 60 minutes. Finally, the ADP-Glo reagent was added, and the luminescence signal was measured on BMG.
