Activity Identification：The Biotin-BRG1 activity was detected using SPR technology. The Biotin-BRG1 protein was immobilized onto the SA chip coupled with neutravidin using labeled biotin. The varying concentration of FHD-286 was injected onto the Biotin- BRG1 protein surface and recorded the response signal. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~5.96x10-9 M.
