Activity Identification:The Biotin-BRM activity was detected using SPR technology. The Biotin-BRM protein was immobilized onto the SA chip coupled with neutravidin using labeled biotin. The varying concentration of FHD-286 was injected onto the Biotin-BRM protein surface, and recorded the response signal. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 4.29x10-9 M.
