Description：Recombinant human PRMT5 with N-terminal Flag and Avi tag was co-expressed with MEP50 protein with N-terminal 6x His tag. Recombinant human Biotin-PRMT5/MEP50 protein was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-PRMT5/MEP50 protein showed high activity in MTase-Glo assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-PRMT5/MEP50 activity was detected using Ultra Luminescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-PRMT5/MEP50 protein, SAM and substrate at 25℃ for 180 min, then adding MTase-Glo reagent and reading RFU with BMG.
