Recombinant human RBBP5 protein with N-terminal GST tag was purified by GST affinity chromatography. Recombinant human DYP30 protein with N-terminal 6x His tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. The recombinant human MLL1/WDR5/ASH2L/RBBP5/DYP30 protein was obtained by incubating the five proteins together at 4 ℃ for 120 min.
