Description:Recombinant human MLL1 protein with N-terminal 6x His tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. Recombinant human WDR5 protein with N-terminal 6x His tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. Recombinant human ASH2L protein with N-terminal 6x His tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. Recombinant human RBBP5 protein with N-terminal GST tag was purified by GST affinity chromatography. Recombinant human DYP30 protein with N-terminal 6x His tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography. The recombinant human MLL1/WDR5/ASH2L/RBBP5/DYP30 protein was obtained by incubating the five proteins together at 4 ℃ for 120 min. The MLL1/WDR5/ASH2L/RBBP5/DYP30 protein showed good activity in MTase-Glo assay.

Activity Identification:The MLL1/WDR5/ASH2L/RBBP5/DYP30 activity was detected using Ultra Luminescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the MLL1/WDR5/ASH2L/RBBP5/DYP30 protein, substrate and SAM at 25℃ for 180 min, then adding MTase-Glo reagent and reading RLU signal with BMG.
