Activity Identification：The BRD9 activity was detected using HTRF technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the BRD9 protein, BET and the beads at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 with BMG.
The BRD9 activity was detected using SPR technology. The BRD9 protein was immobilized onto the CM5 chip using amino-coupled. The varying concentration of small molecular was injected onto the BRD9 protein surface, and recorded the response signal. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 6.02x10-8M.
