Description:Recombinant human KAT1 protein with N-terminal 8x His tag and Flag tag was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The SEC-HPLC result showed that the KAT1 protein was monomer in the solution. The KAT1 protein showed high activity in HTRF assay.

Activity Identification:The KAT1 activity was detected using homogeneous time-resolved fluorescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the KAT1 protein and substrate at 25℃ for 90 min, adding the beads at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 nm with BMG.
