Description：Recombinant human HDAC3 protein with C-terminal 6x His tag and recombinant human NCOR2 protein with N-terminal GST tag was co-expressed using baculovirus expression system. Recombinant human HDAC3/NCOR2 protein purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatogaphy. The HDAC3/NCOR2 protein showed high activity in FI assay.
