Activity Identification：The EHMT2(G9A) activity was detected using Ultra Luminescence technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the EHMT2(G9A) protein, SAM and substrate at 25℃ for 180 min, then adding MTase-Glo reagent and reading RFU with BMG.
