Description：Recombinant human Biotin-UBE3A protein with N-terminal His tag and C-terminal Avi tag was performed biotinylation in vivo. Biotin-UBE3A protein was purified by Ni affinity and followed by SEC chromatography, after which the His tag was removed. The Biotin-UBE3A protein showed high activity in HTRF assay.
