Description:Recombinant human CUL3 with N-terminal 6x His and Avi tag was co-expressed with recombinant human RBX2 protein and performed in vivo biotinylation simultaneously. Recombinant human Biotin-CUL3/RBX2 protein was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-CUL3/RBX2 protein showed good activity in HTRF assay.
