Description：Recombinant dog VHL with N-terminal 6x His tag was co-expressed with recombinant dog Elongin C protein and recombinant dog Elongin B protein with C-terminal Avi tag. Recombinant dog VHL/Elongin C/Elongin B protein was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography and followed by biotinylation, then purified by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-VHL/Elongin C/Elongin B protein showed good activity in HTRF assay.
