Description：Recombinant rat VHL with N-terminal 6x His tag was co-expressed with recombinant rat Elongin C protein and recombinant rat Elongin B protein with C-terminal Avi tag. Recombinant rat VHL/Elongin C/Elongin B protein was purified by Ni-NTA affinity chromatography and followed by biotinylation, then purified by SEC chromatography. The Biotin-VHL/Elongin C/Elongin B protein showed good activity in HTRF assay.

Activity Identification：The Biotin-VHL/Elongin C/Elongin B activity was detected using HTRF technology. The reaction was performed by incubating the Biotin-VHL/Elongin C/Elongin B protein and the beads and keeping the mixture at 25℃ for 60 min, then reading ratio 665/620 with BMG.
