Description：Recombinant human USP1 with C-terminal 8x His tag was co-expressed with UAF1 protein with C-terminal 8x His tag. Recombinant human USP1/UAF1 protein was purified by Ni-NTA affinity and followed by desalting. The USP1/UAF1 protein showed high activity in FI assay.
