Activity Identification：The Biotin-CBL-B activity was detected using SPR technology. The Biotin-CBL-B protein was immobilized onto the SA chip coupled with neutravidin using labeled biotin. The varying concentration of small molecular was injected onto the Biotin-CBL-B protein surface, and recorded the response signal. The kinetics fitting was as follows with a kD value of ~ 3x10-9 M.
