Activity Identification：The UbcH5b activity was assayed with ELISA. The reaction was performed by: 1). UbcH5b protein was coated on a 384-well plate. 2). The SRC-Zap70&ATP mix was incubated with varying concentration of the CBL-B enzyme and UbcH5b. 3).The plate was treated with streptavidin-HRP followed by addition of the ELISA ECL substrate to produce chemiluminescence. Finally, measured the signal using a chemiluminescence reader.
