Description：Recombinant human USP46 with C-terminal His tag was co-expressed with UAF1 with C-terminal His tag. Recombinant human USP46/UAF1 protein was purified by Ni-NTA affinity, followed by SEC chromatography. The USP46/UAF1 protein showed high activity in FI assay.
